Who is Nikhil Mittal?

Nikhil spent 19 years building software for some of the world's largest companies. He watched how enterprise-grade technology transformed the way these companies operated — eliminating errors, enabling scale, replacing guesswork with systems.
Then he looked at the freight forwarding industry in India and the GCC — an industry moving billions of dollars of goods every year — and saw something that shocked him. Founders running their entire operations on WhatsApp.
He thought this was wrong. Not inefficient — wrong. These were hardworking people doing essential work. They deserved a system built for them.

His expertise covers the full spectrum: national customs regulations, import and export compliance, and the specific dynamics of the India-GCC trade corridor.
When Hemant saw CargoClave, he said: 'This is what should have existed 20 years ago.' He joined to make sure what gets built works for how the industry actually works.
