From Supplier to Shelf — Every Step in Order
Inbound Plan
Before the truck leaves the supplier, create an inbound plan in CargoClave. Record the supplier, commodity, expected quantity, ASN number, vehicle, driver, and ETA. The warehouse team knows exactly what is coming — before it arrives.
Gate Entry
When the vehicle reaches the gate, create a gate entry linked to the inbound plan. Vehicle registration, driver details, LR/BL number, and seal number are recorded. The system auto-fills details from the plan. Arrival is timestamped and the gate status goes live.
GRN & Quality Check
At the dock, record the actual received quantity against the expected. Mark each line as accepted, rejected, or damaged with reason codes and remarks. Upload the delivery challan, LR copy, and QC report directly to the GRN record. Only QC-passed stock moves forward.
Putaway
Accepted stock is assigned to an exact zone, rack, and bin inside the warehouse. Partial putaway is supported — stock can go to multiple bin locations if needed. The moment putaway is saved, stock becomes visible in inventory.
Inventory Updated
Stock is now live in the system. Available quantity reflects exactly what was received, accepted, and stored. The inbound plan is closed. The warehouse team can see the stock. Planning can begin.
